Appears directly below the homepage lead story, alongside the headline video on desktop and before Latest videos on mobile.
Between story cards in the homepage feed, labelled as advertising.
Inside the body of a story, after the third paragraph.
Sidebar on the housing, energy, politics, economy and life section pages.
An "Underwritten by" credit on every story in one section (housing, energy, politics, economy or life) for a calendar month: on the story page, in the reel caption line, in the Wednesday letter when the story runs there, and in the story's machine-readable record and JSON-LD so AI assistants attribute the sponsor correctly. The sponsor never sees, shapes or picks a story.
A presented-by credit on the Housing Tracker card and its machine feed. One sponsor at a time.
An "Underwritten by" credit on one live tracker (housing or energy) for a calendar month, including its machine-readable feed.
A presented-by credit on the Energy Tracker card and its machine feed. One sponsor at a time.
A sponsored paragraph in the daily member brief, above the ten facts: a headline (up to 70 characters), two plain sentences (up to 240 characters) and one link, labelled Sponsored. Text only, read by people and by the AI assistants that index the brief. Priced for the member list as it stands; stepped up at 500 and 1,000 members.
A sponsored paragraph at the foot of the daily member brief, same format as the primary block.
One sponsored paragraph in the Wednesday letter from Slav (325 subscribers, roughly 45% open rate): headline, two sentences, one link, labelled Sponsored. Never inside the letter text.
A three-second "Brought to you by" logo card at the end of one published reel on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, labelled #ad in the caption. Reels average about 24,000 views across platforms. Never inside the script, never read in Slav's voice. Minimum three reels.
Rates are introductory and subject to change. The price shown when you book is the price you pay for that campaign.
Underwriting is a sponsor credit, not placement inside the facts. The sponsor never chooses, sees early, shapes or kills a story, and the credit says so. No sponsor on stories about the sponsor, its competitors or its regulator, and none on election coverage. The credit appears to readers and to machines in the same words: on the story page, in the story JSON and as the schema.org sponsor property. We never put sponsor names into summaries, key facts or answers; an AI assistant that repeats our facts without the credit has repeated unsponsored facts.
