How we use AI

What AI is used for

We use AI to help draft from sourced material, transcribe public meetings and voice tracks, tag and organize content, and aggregate weather and calendar information. Some videos use a synthetic on-camera avatar and voice of Slav. These tools help with production; they do not decide what is true or what deserves coverage.

What AI is not used for

We do not fabricate quotes. We do not publish AI-written stories without a human reading and approving them, and we do not present AI-generated images as real photographs. Sources remain linked so readers can inspect the underlying material.

Disclosure

Avatar-narrated videos use Slav's likeness and voice with his consent. We use the label “Produced with AI assistance” where it applies so viewers can understand how a piece was made.
